Alegra Motorsports is excited to welcome Michael de Quesada back to the team for the 2025 Porsche Carrera Cup North America. De Quesada will be piloting the No. 11 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992.1), bringing his extensive racing experience and history with Alegra Motorsports to the highly competitive single-make championship.
A Familiar Face Returns to Alegra Motorsports
Michael de Quesada is no stranger to Alegra Motorsports. His racing career took off with the team, and in 2017, at just 17 years old, he became one of the youngest drivers ever to win the Rolex 24 at Daytona, driving an Alegra Motorsports Porsche 911 GT3 R. Since then, he has continued to build an impressive resume in endurance racing, competing in top-tier series such as:
IMSA SportsCar Championship
Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup
GT World Challenge America
In 2020, de Quesada took on the GTD class in IMSA, racing for AIM Vasser Sullivan in a Lexus RC F GT3. More recently, in 2024, he reunited with Jesse Lazare to compete in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, driving a McLaren Artura GT4 for Motorsports In Action. The pair secured a class victory at Laguna Seca, demonstrating de Quesada’s continued success in GT racing.
Now, he returns to Alegra Motorsports, eager to take on the 2025 Porsche Carrera Cup North America.
